SUMMARY:Get Hounslow Writing – Ambassadors
DESCRIPTION:Writing Ambassador programme for HEP Primary Schools in partnership with St Mary's University\, Twickenham\n\nAimed at KS1 and KS2 teachers who have completed one year of GHW. \nTeachers who have completed one year of GHW will automatically become teachers-as-writers Ambassadors for their school. \nThey will work with the St Mary's team\, meeting half-termly for one hour to conduct action research. \nThe programme will be run by senior lecturers from St Mary's University\, Twickenham: \n\nFinola Utton and Jo Head (KS1)\nKerry Assemakis and Karen Fox (KS2)\n\nResearch shows that teachers who write\, teach writing best.
