Delegates will learn how to work with pupils and families to support toileting needs within the school environment. \nBy the end of the two-part course\, delegates will: \n\nHave a fundamental understanding of their responsibility to support toileting needs in schools\nHave an understanding of the different stages and strategies for supporting toileting needs in the school environment\n\nTraining provided by Lindon Bennett School as a HEP partner.

DESCRIPTION:In these three sessions you will cover: \n\nOfsted and the role of the subject leader in preparing for a subject specific deep-dive\nHow to present a coherent message about the subject you lead - ‘what will I be asked?’\nWriting a rigorous and robust subject self-evaluation report\n\nIn addition to covering the topics identified above\, participants will be expected to undertake a short written activity between sessions 1 and 2 and again between sessions 2 and 3. Participants will then be offered the opportunity to receive on-line support on their (draft/completed) subject self-evaluation report.
