DESCRIPTION:  \n \nGet Hounslow Reading Conference 2025\nPOSTPONED until later in the year. \n‘What the children and young people say!’ \nThe date\, time and cost\nWednesday 12th March 2024\, 9am-4pm \nTickets will cost £50 per delegate or buy two for £80.\nBook by Monday 3rd February to avoid disappointment. \nThe venue\nSt Mary's University\, Waldegrave Rd\, Twickenham TW1 4SX \nThe event\nAdmission strictly by ticket only. \nIf you'd like more\, please contact Nikola Standing – n.standing@hounsloweducationpartnership.co.uk \nThis year’s overarching theme is: ‘What the children and young people say!’ \nWe will work closely with ambassadors to capture and share pupil/student voice. \n\nKeynotes from Charlotte Raby and two special guest speakers\nReturn of our popular blind-date-with-a-book swap\nWorkshops designed and run by GHR Ambassadors and St Mary's University colleagues\nOpportunities for delegates to network and share practice\nMarketplace for displaying and sharing practice and resources\n\nWhat’s included in the cost\nTickets will include refreshments and lunch \nOnce booking is complete\, each school will be invoiced for payment. \nTravelling to the venue\nThere is no parking at the university. We might be able to reserve a few spaces for organisers – more details to follow. \nParking off campus is very limited and many local roads have residents-only parking restrictions. Where possible we advise you to use public transport to visit St Marys. \nTrain stations near the venue: \nStrawberry Hill Station \nTwickenham Station \nBuses that stop nearby: \n281\, 290\, 681\, H22 – about every 10 minutes \n267\, 490\, R70 – about every 5 minutes
