DESCRIPTION:Hounslow/JYI  Cluster Leadership Programme 2022/23\nLed by Dr John Yates\nShaping the future by building back better\nSession 1 – 'Today's world: what are the challenges for schools and children?' \nProgramme overview\nStarting in September 2022\, the John Yates International (JYI) Cluster Leadership programme will be returning to live sessions. \nAt a time when school leaders are still working hard to stabilise and rebuild their schools after the pandemic\, and when trust in the authenticity and integrity of political leadership is low\, the leaders of the profession are in a good position to seize the opportunity to think through and enact their own strategies for “building back better.” \nFocusing in a deeper and more meaningful way on our priorities\, the things that really matter\, will enable us\, within and through our schools and partnerships\, to improve our work/life balance and to contribute to building a better world. \nThe Cost and how to book\nThere are 80 places available and will be allocated on a first come\, first served basis. \nSchools will be charged as follows: \n\nJohn Yates charge for six training sessions – £900 per school\nVenue charge – £85 per delegate\, per session\nMaximum of three delegates per school\, including the Headteacher\n\nOnce booking is complete\, each school will be invoiced and asked to pay\, in full\, before session one in October. \nSchools wishing to participate in the 2022/23 programme starting in October will need to book by Friday 15th July.  \nThe morning sessions will be led by John Yates at the Lensbury Conference Centre in Teddington and will start promptly at 9.00am and finish at 12.30pm with lunch.  \nThe afternoon will be uninterrupted quality time for reflection and planning in school teams at the venue. This was an integral and greatly valued element of the overall programme in pre-Covid days.
