New initiative helps young people protect themselves from danger –

HEP is pleased to share a press release from the Metropolitan Police Service promoting a new initiative tackling Stranger Danger called the ‘Clever Never Goes’ programme as they continue work to keep children across London safe.

Featuring a specially designed robot named Clever, the programme helps children spot dangerous situations and gives them tips about how to respond. It is designed to be positive, practical and playful whilst ensuring the reality of situations is not lost.

Clever Never Goes resources are now being rolled out to primary school children aged 5-11.

What our members say

Meet the Expert – Art Workshop – "Good delivery and alternative resource options provided. There were clear explanations and questions to ask children were also provided."

Middle Leader Training – "Very inspiring leaders who answered all questions without making you feel at all silly. Loved it."

Deep Dive Subject Leader Training – "I so enjoyed the course. It made me realise how much I have to do in History, but so reassuring to have someone who knows what he is talking about!"

Develop your A Level Teaching – "Collaboration is a huge part of this project; CPD and teacher training works best when you’re doing it alongside colleagues. The 4 HEP principles make it clear to teachers what the bare bones of an excellent lesson look like."
