DESCRIPTION:The Secondary Leaders of Teaching and Learning (SLTL) group provides a forum to: \n\ndevelop professional relationships between colleagues from different schools facilitating ongoing peer support\ndiscuss the impact of\, and responses to\, emerging challenges specifically related to teaching and learning (e.g. assessment\, targets\, QA\, recruitment and retention)\nfacilitate sharing and development of good practice specifically related to teaching and learning (e.g. within school improvement\, curriculum development and design\, assessment)\ndevelop an efficient and effective consultation and information flow between SLTL\, their schools and HEP on programmes such as Subject Networks (SN) and Post-16 Pedagogy in Practice (PPP)\, which in turn supports middle leaders’ CPD\nidentify new areas of need; using that to both refine existing programmes and design and develop new initiatives.\n\nFor further details\, please contact e.pett@hounsloweducationpartnership.co.uk

DESCRIPTION:The Primary Subject Leader networks take place each term and are led by experienced subject specialists. \nHow it works:\n\nHEP will run a network week each term.\nMeetings will run on one of four days\, allowing leaders overseeing multiple subjects the option to attend one or more of the sessions.\nMeetings will be online from 4-5:30pm\, however\, Subject Leaders will be informed of the details directly\, if a meeting is in-person.\nThe full schedule of networks and dates is published on the Subject Leader Padlet.\nYour school will automatically sign you up using HEP's live database.
