HEP's Secondary Networks bring together teachers, leaders and professional services staff from across Hounslow's secondary schools to collaborate, share expertise and strengthen practice.

Networks meet termly and are organised across three areas:

Subject Networks

Bringing together subject specialists to collaborate on curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and disciplinary knowledge.

Operational Networks

Supporting colleagues responsible for the effective operation and administration of schools.

Inclusion & Belonging Networks

Focused on inclusion, safeguarding, attendance, wellbeing, SEND, behaviour and ensuring all young people feel a sense of belonging and can thrive.
