Senior Leaders of Teaching and Learning (SLTL)

SLTL meet on a half termly basis. The group is chaired by Laura Ellener (Headteacher - Chiswick School).

SLTL meet as a whole group the majority of the time, but also meet in SIP collaboration groups twice per year. These enable deeper conversations and discussion on specific foci agreed by the group and updated each year.

The collaboration group titles for this year are:
  • Creating a culture of high aspiration for all
  • Curriculum design and support (T levels /SEF/timetable/staffing)
  • Whole school literacy/reading focus
Meeting dates for 2023/24:
  • Tuesday 26th September 2023 - whole group meeting, in-person @ Kingsley Academy 8-10am
  • Tuesday 7th November 2023 - SIP collaboration groups - online 8-9am
  • Tuesday 5th December 2023 - whole group meeting - online 8-9am 
  • Tuesday 6th February 2024 - whole group meeting - online 8-9am
  • Tuesday 19th March 2024 - SIP collaboration groups - online 8-9am
  • Tuesday 7th May 2024 - whole group meeting - online 8-9am
  • Tuesday 25th June 2024 - whole group meeting, in-person, venue TBC 8-10am
