John Norton

John has been teaching in Hounslow for nearly 30 years across five schools.  He is currently the Head Teacher of a three-form entry primary school in the centre of Hounslow.  John has been the chair of the local Education Improvement Partnership and is currently a lead for Primary Peer Challenge, part of the school-led school improvement offer that can be purchased through the Hounslow Education Partnership.  John is committed to partnership working having been part of the original task and finish group that was instrumental in creating HEP.  He helped set up a soft federation of seven schools (the Mini Hub) and is currently a member of Collabor8 (C8).  As a founding director of HEP, John has been able to promote school-led partnership working that is supporting high quality teaching and learning across Hounslow.
