HEP website live!

Published: Monday, January 21st, 2019 at 4:41 PM

We are delighted that phase 1 of the HEP website is live.

Phase 1 -  The public facing website for HEP - to provide an overview of who we are and what we do, who our members are and what you get as a member. We also have news, a blog and HEP events calendar as well as a directory of each of our member schools.

Phase 2 - released mid Feb, this will be a secure login member only area of the website housing each member schools’ profile (each school can edit their profile), member resources area to hold all minutes/agendas/associated papers as well as a directory of reps for Primary/Secondary. In this stage of development, we will also focus on creating deeper content for each area of membership including terms of reference, protocols, etc.

Phase 3 - Summer term, this will be the transaction area of the website to enable members to book on to Partnership meetings, free events, to book paid events, training/CPD - all of which will be connected to the HEP accounting system to generate an invoice (where applicable), confirmation of bookings, etc.

The aim of the site is so that as a member anything you need to know about, access or book relating to HEP will be conducted via the website. The newsletter will then be used to sign post members to the relevant areas of the site or showcase specific content.

We would really appreciate feedback on phase 1 as well as thoughts on other functionality you think may be of benefit, so please contact us
