Free mental health support for all young people in Hounslow aged 11-25 – 

HEP is pleased to share the following information. Kooth is a free, safe and anonymous space for all children and young people aged 11-25 to receive counselling and mental health support. Kooth has been fully commissioned by the NHS North West London Collaborative of Clinical Commissioning Groups since 1st June 2021.

Users can speak to a counsellor:

  • Online
  • Weekdays 12pm to 10pm
  • Weekends 6pm to 10pm
  • 365 days a year

On the site, young people can

  • Track how they are feeling with a daily journal
  • Speak to a counsellor with no referral or waiting list
  • Engage with our online mental health community through a variety of tools
